Balsberg has a rich tradition. The architectural highlights that have been the hallmark of this building since its construction in the 1970s continue to shine in the new millennium. Following its complete renovation, Balsberg represents a distinct architectural counterpoint that fosters an identity and sets it pleasingly apart from the norm.
