Precisely right

We have sought answers to prospective tenants' most important bottom-line questions: What does it cost and what do I get for my money?
In providing all of our services, we weigh the cost/benefit relationship from the perspective of the tenant. What's more, we don't saddle our prospective tenants with predetermined office concepts. Much to the contrary, they benefit from improved processes as a result of our optimal floor-space planning and flexible approach to office design.

The focus is on transparency

We apply modern pricing concepts at Balsberg. Tenants pay only for the so-called primary floor space they actually use, which can be deemed net floor space. Other areas such as corridors, utility rooms and common areas are not counted. The consistent application of this primary-floor-space pricing model leads to greater market transparency. We adhere to this SIA recommendation because full disclosure of the costs and benefits to our tenants is a matter we take seriously.
